- At Siva Oriental Rugs, we want to ensure you are entirely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with you product, please return it to Siva Oriental Rugs in the same condition it was received and please ensure the carpet is not used. We will happily exchange the same as per your requirement.
- We do not provide refund for any goods sold. Carpets once sold can be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
- Items can be exchanged within 10 days upon delivery for a full exchange of the purchase price.
- Please return in the original condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Returns that are damaged or are not in the same condition in which the product was delivered will be sent back to the customer.
- Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the return shipment and incur the cost of shipment.
- Prior to returning the product please email us at support@sivaorientalrugs.com with your purchase details and reason for your exchange.
- Please note: Returns are not possible on any Custom or bespoke items you have ordered in one of our Showroom or online as these are specially commissioned items tailor-made to your specifications.
